Author's Note for Manoj

Manoj thumbnail

Manoj is a carefree character. All he wants out of life is to work as little as possible in the gardens, dance to vibrant music, and to make Tana happy. He is very much a peacock, and revels in his own handsomeness as much as he enjoys basking in Tana’s beauty.

The catalyst for change for Manoj comes with Fryst Nott, and Aldith stealing away his bride. He embraces the tortured nature of the Hanging Man, the symbol of the Erupu men, as he first challenges the authority of the Var, and then sinks into madness as he powers the wheel in Aldith’s Black Ship on the long journey to the Southern isles.

We are not done with Manoj just yet. However, that is for book two.
